Not only did they promptly locate and return my lost bracelet, but they also went above and beyond to ensure my ironing needs were met promptly, exemplifying their attentiveness and care. The heating in the room was perfect for the chilly evenings, and the terrace with cozy garden furniture offered stunning views of the Alps, creating a serene ambiance. The availability of free toiletries was a thoughtful touch that added to the overall luxurious experience, complemented by the flat-screen TV and comfortable carpeted floors in the room. The proximity to Restaurant Tschugga was convenient, providing an excellent dining option within walking distance. My stay at Alpina was truly outstanding, exceeding my already high expectations with impeccable service and top-notch amenities.
